Our GWC silo stiffener roll forming machine is exclusive in China due to the distinctiveness of the punching process. On the production line, punching process could be carried out on both flat and inclined surfaces, and this product is able to fabricate stiffener as well as connecting plate.

Processing Flow
Active hydraulic decoiling → guided material feeding → straightening → rolling → punching (machine halted) → hydraulic shearing→ material collecting

Finished Product
With a self-explanatory name, this silo stiffener roll forming machine is mainly designed to manufacture stiffeners that are used to reinforce silos to keep them safe. The stiffeners for small-diameter silos are interconnected through overlapping joint, while stiffeners large and high silos are interconnected through butt joint and then fastened with connecting plate.

Patents
The silo stiffener has obtained two national patents as illustrated below.

1. One clamp-feeding and straightening machine (ZL201120054578.7). The upper compression roller is installed on the top of the machine frame and it is able to move up and down. With the help of this device, the internal stress of the steel plate will be evenly distributed.

2. One assistant feeding device (201120055171.6). The retainer plate and the pressing device are movable, and the pressing device is designed to flatten curved parts on the front side of steel plates to facilitate feeding process.
